Scope
This part specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificates and order (or contract) contents of steel and uranium alloy profiled strips for lead frames. This part is applicable to uranium and steel alloy profiled strips (hereinafter referred to as strips) for lead frames in the electronics industry.
