《GB/T 20317-2006熔融沉积快速成形机床 精度检验》由TC161(全国特种加工机床标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准参照GB/T 17421.1--1998和GB/T 17421.2--2000规定了熔融沉积快速成形机床的几何精度检验、加工检验及数控轴定位精度和重复定位精度的检验。本标准还规定了与上述检验相对应的允差值。 本标准仅涉及机床精度的检验,而不适于机床运行试验(振动、异常噪声等)或其参数(如速度、进给量等)的检查,这些检查通常应在精度检验前进行。 本标准规定了用于机床主要部件的术语并参照GB/T 19660--2005规定了坐标的命名。
Scope
With reference to GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000, this standard stipulates the inspection of geometric accuracy, processing inspection, positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy of fused deposition rapid prototyping machine tools (hereinafter referred to as "machine tools"). This standard also stipulates the tolerance value corresponding to the above inspection. This standard only involves the inspection of machine tool accuracy, and is not suitable for the inspection of machine tool running tests (vibration, abnormal noise, etc.) or its parameters (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), and these inspections should usually be carried out before the accuracy inspection. This standard specifies the terms used for the main components of machine tools and specifies the naming of coordinate axes with reference to GB/T 19660-2005.
