《GB/T 20459-2006林业机械 履带式专用机械 制动系统的性能要求》由TC61（全国林业机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家林业和草原局。
本标准规定了林业履带式专用机械常用制动（行车制动）、第二制动（应急制动）和驻车制动系统的性能要求和试验方法。本标准适用于GB/T 19365中定义的，且最大设计速度符合GB/T 10913中规定的，即不大于20km/h的履带式专用林业机械。
Scope
This standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods of the common brake (service brake), second brake (emergency brake) and parking brake system of forestry belt-type special machinery. This standard applies to belt-covered special forestry machines defined in GB/T 19365 and whose maximum design speed complies with the provisions in GB/T 10913, that is, not greater than 20km/h.
