1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods for chemical analysis of aluminate cement.
Only reference method is specified for the ignition loss determination, insoluble substance determination, total sulfur determination, potassium oxide and sodium oxide determination and fluorion determination of aluminate cement. Reference method and substitution method are specified for the silicon dioxide determination, ferric oxide determination, titanium dioxide determination, aluminum oxide determination, calcium oxide determination and magnesium oxide determination.
This standard is applicable to aluminate cement or other cement of aluminate category suitable for this method as well as other materials designated to be subject to this standard.
