《GB/T 20635-2006特殊环境条件 高原用高压电器的技术要求》由604-2（中国电器工业协会）归口，TC163（全国高电压试验技术和绝缘配合标准化技术委员会）执行，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了高原环境下高压电器设备在高于海拔1000m，不超过5000m的高海拔地区工作时与周围大气有关的特殊技术要求，适用于高电压大于1kV的三相交流电力系统和直流电力系统中使用的高压电器设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the special technical requirements related to the surrounding atmosphere when high-voltage electrical equipment works in high-altitude areas above 1000m above sea level and not exceeding 5000m above sea level. This standard applies to high-voltage electrical equipment used in three-phase AC power systems and DC power systems with a maximum voltage greater than 1kv. These equipment include: circuit breakers, isolating switches, load switches, earthing switches, fuses, lightning arresters, and current-limiting reactors. , current transformers, combined electrical appliances and complete power distribution devices, etc. Also suitable for single-phase and two-phase systems.
