4.4 Determination of glyphosate content

Arbitration method: Using Agilent ZORBAX SAX column, pH1.9 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol mobile phase, 195nm UV detection, retention time of about 5.7min.

4.7 Detection of Nitrosoglyphosate

Derivatization-HPLC method:

  1. Derivatization with NED solution and sulfonamide solution
  2. React in a water bath at 85℃ for 25min
  3. Separate on C18 column, detect at 462nm

Production process control

  • Cation content, nitrosoglyphosate and other indicators must be tested every 3 months
  • The hot storage stability test must ensure that the content retention rate is ≥95%

Packaging, storage and transportation specifications

Woven bags lined with plastic bags should be used for packaging, with a net content of 25kg/bag and a warranty period of 2 years. Storage must be moisture-proof and light-proof, and mixing with food is strictly prohibited.
