Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of sixteen sulfonamide drug residues in beef, mutton, pork, chicken and rabbit meat. This standard applies to the determination of sixteen sulfonamide drug residues in beef, mutton, pork, chicken and rabbit meat. The method detection limit of this standard: sulfamethiadiazole is 2.5 μg/kg, sulfacetamide, sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethazine, sulfachloropyridazine, sulfa-6-methoxy Pyrimidine and sulfamethoxazole: 5.0 μg/kg; sulfathiazole, sulfamethoxypyridazine, and sulfadimethoxine: 10.0 μg/kg; sulfamethoxine and sulfamethoxine: 20.0 μg/kg , sulfabenzopyrazole was 40.0 μg/kg.
