本标准规定了测量中、高速发动机振动能力的程序及确定引用数据有效性的频率范围。


Scope

This standard specifies the procedure for measuring the vibration capability of medium and high speed engines and the frequency range for determining the validity of quoted data. The method described in this standard is not applicable to low-speed engines. This standard is an engineering method, not an exact method. Whether the test is carried out on the test bench or in the field, it must be agreed between the user and the manufacturer. This standard applies to medium and high-speed reciprocating internal combustion engines for land use, track traction and marine use, but does not include agricultural tractors, road vehicles and aviation engines. This standard can be applied to engines for driving road-building machinery, earth-moving machinery, industrial trucks, and other uses for which no suitable international standard is available.
