《GB/T 20896-2007小艇 水密艉舱和快速泄水艉舱》由TC241（全国小艇标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了在艇体长度不大于24m的小艇上特指为水密或快速泄水的艉舱和凹体的要求。本标准既不对艉舱或凹体的尺寸和形状提出要求，也不对其应在何时或何处被采用作出规定。只考虑通过重力泄水，而不是通过泵或其他方法泄水。
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for stern tanks and recesses, which are specifically designated as "watertight" or "quick drain" on small boats with a hull length not greater than 24 m. This standard does not prescribe requirements for the size and shape of stern tanks or wells, nor does it prescribe when or where they should be used. Only consider draining by gravity, not by pumps or other methods.
