本标准规定了利用基因芯片技术检测嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌及其活性的术语、定义、符号、省略语、主要技术指标和待测样品的要求、样品图谱的制作及分析方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, symbols, abbreviations, main technical indicators, requirements for samples to be tested, preparation of sample maps and procedures for detection of acidic Thiobacillus ferrooxidans (hereinafter referred to as Af bacteria) and its activity using gene chip technology. Analytical method. This standard applies to the use of gene chip technology to efficiently and quickly identify Af bacteria, and to determine the oxidation activity of Af strains in the sample to be tested.
