《GB/T 20975.3-2008铝及铝合金化学分析方法 第3部分: 铜含量的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本部分规定了铝及铝合金中铜含量的测定方法。本部分适用于铝及铝合金中铜含量的测定。测定范围:0.0005%~0.012%。本部分代替GB/T6987.3―2001《铝及铝合金化学分析方法 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜量》和GB/T6987.29―2001《铝及铝合金化学分析方法 新亚铜灵分光光度法测定铜量》。本次修订将GB/T6987.29―2001的相关内容纳入本部分。
本部分与GB/T6987.3相比主要变化如下:
―――将分析范围的上限由原来的5%扩展为8%;
―――增加了“重复性”和“质量保证与控制”条款;
―――将GB/T6987.29―2001的内容作为本部分的“方法一:新亚铜灵分光光度法”,并在工作曲线上增加0.50mL 一个点;
―――将原标准中内容作为“方法二:火焰原子吸收光谱法”;
―――增加了“方法三:电解重量法”和“方法四:草酰二酰肼分光光度法”。


Scope

Method 1: This method specifies the determination method of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. This method is applicable to the determination of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. Measuring range: 0.0005% to 0.012%. Method 2: This method specifies the determination method of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. This method is applicable to the determination of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. Measuring range: 0.0050% to 8.00%. Method 3: This method specifies the determination method of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. This method is applicable to the determination of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. Measuring range: ≥0.50%. a) Alloys containing tin or antimony (see Appendix C). b) Alloys containing bismuth (see Appendix D). Method 4: This method specifies the determination method of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. This method is applicable to the determination of copper content in aluminum and aluminum alloys. Measuring range: 0.002% to 0.8%. This method is not applicable to special cases where the silicon content in the alloy is higher than 1%, which should be modified as described in Appendix E.
