《GB/T 21042-2007电子设备用固定电容器 第22部分: 分规范 表面安装用2类多层瓷介固定电容器》由TC165（全国电子设备用阻容元件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本分规范适用于电子设备中表面安装用无包封2类多层瓷介固定电容器，这些电容器有金属连接片或焊接带，并主要用于印制电路板或在混合电路上直接安装。抑制电磁干扰电容器不包括在本分规范，包括在GB/T14472-1998。本分规范的目的是对这类电容器规定优先额定值和特性，并从GB/T 2693-2001中选择适用的质量评定程序、试验和测量方法，以及给出一般特性要求。
Scope
This standard applies to non-encapsulated Class 2 multilayer ceramic fixed capacitors for surface mounting in electronic equipment, these capacitors have metal connection tabs or soldering strips, and are mainly used for printed circuit boards or direct mounting on hybrid circuits. Capacitors for suppressing electromagnetic interference are not included in this sub-standard, and are included in GB/T l4472-1998.
