《GB/T 21055-2007肢体残疾人驾驶汽车的操纵辅助装置》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，TC114SC19（全国汽车标准化技术委员会整车分会）执行，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
该标准规定了用于肢体残疾人驾驶汽车的操纵辅助装置的分类、型号、通用技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等；适用于加装在装备自动变速器的乘用车上，以供肢体残疾人驾驶汽车使用的操纵辅助装置。
Scope
This standard specifies the classification, model, general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. This standard is applicable to the maneuvering aids installed on passenger cars equipped with automatic transmissions for the driving of cars by the physically disabled (two or more limbs with sound functions, including at least one upper limb).
