《GB/T 21098-2007灯头、灯座及检验其安全性和互换性的量规 第4部分：导则及一般信息》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了灯头、灯座的型号命名方法， 新型同型号灯头（灯端）/灯座的附加安全要求，同型号灯头/灯座的不扩大原则，成品灯上的灯头的爬电距离和电气间隙， 多功能转接器，灯头在灯座中的固定方法等内容。
Scope
This standard stipulates the IEC principles on the standardization of lamp caps/lamp holders of the same type, and provides guidelines for the rational implementation of standardization of new lamp caps/lamp holders of the same type.
