《GB/T 21098-2022灯头、灯座及检验其安全性和互换性的量规 第4部分:导则及一般信息》由TC224(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC224SC1(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
Introduction
Core content analysis
This standard is equivalent to IEC600614:2018, replacing GB/T21098-2007. The main technical changes include:
- Update the lamp holder/lampholder model naming system (Chapter 4.1)
- Revise the creepage distance requirements for finished lamps (Chapter 4.4)
- Add manufacturing process compliance test specifications (Chapter 4.11)
Key technical requirements
1. Model naming system
The lamp holder model adopts the (a)(b)(c)-(d)/(e)×(f) structure:
| Code segment | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
| (a) | Type letter (E-screw, G-pin, etc.) | E27 indicates screw-type lamp holder |
| (b) | Main dimensions (mm) | 27 indicates thread diameter 27mm |
| (c) | Number of contacts (s/d/t, etc.) | d indicates double contacts |
2. Key safety indicators
Creep distance and electrical clearance
Determine the minimum distance based on the pollution degree and working voltage:
| Rated voltage (V) | Minimum distance (mm) | Applicable frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 50-250 | 1.5 | ≤30kHz |
| 500-750 | 3.0 | ≤30kHz |
High frequency (≥30kHz) applications require additional reference to GB/T16935.4
3. Gauge system specification
Gauge tolerances are strictly controlled in different levels:
- Cylindrical aperture tolerance: ±0.01mm
- Thread gauge diameter tolerance: +0.03mm (including 0.02mm wear allowance)
- Center distance tolerance: ±0.01mm
Gauge edges must be chamfered according to the principle of D≈1.1×d
Implementation suggestions
- The design of new lamp holders should follow the no expansion principle (Chapter 4.3)
- Multi-function adapters must meet the semi-lamp requirements of GB7000.1 (Chapter 4.5)
- A regular testing system with 0.1% sampling should be established in the manufacturing process (Section 4.11)
Special application notes: Fluorescent lamps with G5/G13 lamp caps must ensure a minimum overlap distance of 3.3mm (Section 4.15)
