Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T21296.2-2020, as an important standard for the dynamic weighing system (WIM), stipulates the technical requirements for the full life cycle of the whole-type dynamic truck scale. The standard is applicable to the weighing scenario where all axles of the vehicle pass through the load carrier at the same time, and has important guiding significance for traffic management, overload detection and other fields.
Metrology Grade System
| Weighing Object | Grade Division | Typical Application Scenarios |
|---|---|---|
| Gross Vehicle Weight | 0.2/0.5/1/2/5/10 Grade | Toll Collection at Toll Stations |
| Single Axle/Axle Group Load | Grade A/B/C/D/E/F | Overload Detection and Law Enforcement |
Application Case: A highway toll station uses a 0.5 grade Full vehicle dynamic weighing scale, the measured dynamic weighing error is controlled within ±0.25%, meeting the measurement requirements of the Ministry of Transport's "Classification of Vehicle Types for Toll Road Vehicle Tolls".
Key technical requirements
1. Load carrier design
The standard stipulates that the typical value of the load carrier width is 3m/3.4m, which must meet the following requirements:
- Anti-slip surface treatment
- 125% overload safety factor
- Multi-section structure flatness ≤1mm
2. Wheel axle identification system
Embedded or separate installation, the identification accuracy directly affects the accuracy of axle load measurement.
Installation and maintenance specifications
Site requirements
| Length of weighing area | ≥L+12m(L is the length of the equipment) |
| Longitudinal slope | ≤1%(0.2 level requirement) |
| Road surface flatness | ≤3mm(high precision level) |
Maintenance points
- Clean up debris in the weighing area daily
- Check the gap of the limit device every month
- Quarterly check the anti-slip layer
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with the 2007 version, the 2020 version has the following major improvements:
- Added compatibility requirements for new scales such as quartz crystal
- Refined the calculation method for dynamic weighing errors
- Strengthened anti-interference performance indicators
Development trend:In the future, new technical requirements such as AI vehicle recognition and 5G data transmission may be included.
