本标准规定了火力发电企业能源计量的种类、范围，能源计量器具的配备和管理要求。本标准适用于燃煤发电、燃油发电和燃气发电等火力发电企业。

Scope

This standard specifies the type and scope of energy measurement for thermal power generation enterprises, and the equipment and management requirements for energy measurement instruments. This standard is applicable to coal-fired power generation, oil-fired power generation and gas-fired power generation enterprises (hereinafter referred to as energy-consuming units).
