《GB/T 21379-2008交通管理信息属性分类与编码 城市道路》由TC268（全国智能运输系统标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
该标准规定了城市道路交通管理中的地理要素――路段、道路交叉口、交通设施和重点单位等实体的交通管理信息属性分类与编码；适用于城市交通管理中路段、道路交叉口、交通设施和重点单位的标识及信息处理与信息交换。本标准应配合GB/T 21381―2008《交通管理地理信息实体标识编码规则 城市道路》使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the geographical elements in urban road traffic management - the classification and coding of traffic management information attributes of entities such as road sections, road intersections, traffic facilities and key units. This standard is applicable to the identification, information processing and information exchange of road sections, road intersections, traffic facilities and key units in urban traffic management.
