《GB/T 21392-2008船舶运输能源消耗统计及分析方法》由348（交通运输部）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了营业性船舶运输能源消耗统计的船型分类、统计指标、调查方法、指标计算及能源消耗分析等方法。本标准适用于从事水上客、货运输活动的我国企业或个体经营的营业性机动船舶（含悬挂外国旗的营业性机动船舶），内河为在固定航道从事运输活动的营业性机动船舶；不适用于过河渡船、封闭水域内从事休闲旅游的娱乐性船舶。

Scope

This standard specifies the ship type classification, statistical indicators, survey methods, indicator calculation and energy consumption analysis methods for commercial ship transportation energy consumption statistics. This standard is applicable to commercial motor ships engaged in water passenger and cargo transportation activities of Chinese enterprises or individuals (including commercial motor ships flying foreign flags), inland rivers are commercial motor ships engaged in transportation activities on fixed waterways; not applicable Recreational ships engaged in leisure tourism in river crossings and closed waters.
