《GB/T 21425-2008低噪声内燃机电站噪声指标要求及测量方法》由TC329（全国移动电站标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了低噪声内燃机电站的噪声指标、原则性的降噪措施和测量噪声的方法。制定过程中参考了GB/T 2820.10-2002、GB/T 3768-1996、GB/T 2819-1995、GJB 235A-1997及有关国外标准。

Scope

This standard specifies the noise index, principled noise reduction measures and noise measurement methods for low-noise internal combustion engine power plants (hereinafter referred to as power plants). As for other performance indicators of the power station, they should comply with the relevant national standards, national military standards and industry standards. This standard applies to power frequency (50Hz/60Hz), intermediate frequency (400Hz), dual frequency (50Hz/400Hz), direct current, alternating current and direct current land and marine power stations driven by reciprocating internal combustion engines (RIC). Not suitable for low-noise power stations for aviation or driving land vehicles and locomotives. The noise measurement, evaluation and assessment methods specified in this standard are applicable to any other internal combustion engine power stations in addition to those specified in this standard.
