《GB/T 21434-2008相变锅炉》由TC262（全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC262SC1（全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会锅炉分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了相变锅炉的术语、定义、参数和型号编制方法，以及设计、制造、检验、验收、安全附件等方面有关安全和性能的基本要求。本标准适用于以相变换热方式工作的工业锅炉，即额定工作压力不大于2.5MPa的相变热水锅炉和相变蒸汽锅炉，包括真空相变锅炉、微压相变锅炉和压力相变锅炉。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, parameter series and model compilation methods of phase change boilers, as well as the basic requirements for safety and performance in terms of design, manufacture, inspection, acceptance, and safety accessories. This standard applies to industrial boilers that work in phase-change heat mode, that is, phase-change hot water boilers and phase-change steam boilers with a rated working pressure not greater than 2.5MPa, including vacuum phase-change boilers, micro-pressure phase-change boilers and pressure phase-change boilers.
