《GB/T 21448-2008埋地钢质管道阴极保护技术规范》由TC355（全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了埋地钢质管道阴极保护设计、施工、测试与管理的最低技术要求。
本标准适用于埋地钢质油、气、水管道的外壁阴极保护，其他埋地钢质管道可参照执行。

This Standard specifies the minimum technical requirements of cathodic protection’s design, construction, test and management of buried steel pipeline ( hereinafter referred to as pipelines).
This standard is applicable to the cathodic protection of the outer walls of the buried steel oil, gas and water pipelines and may be implemented by reference on other buried steel pipelines.
