《GB/T 21449-2008水-乙二醇型难燃液压液》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC1（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了以水和二醇为基础组分，添加抗磨剂、油性剂、防锈剂等多种添加剂而制成的水-乙二醇型难燃液压液的要求和试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和储存。本标准所属产品适用于冶金、机械制造、采矿等行业中有难燃性需求的液压系统。例如：炼钢厂的电炉液压系统、高速线材机液压系统、热连轧厂的卷板机液压系统等。本标准与ＩＳＯ１２９２２：１９９９《润滑剂、工业用油和有关产品（Ｌ 类）―Ｈ 组（液压系统）―ＨＦＡＥ、ＨＦＡＳ、ＨＦＢ、ＨＦＣ、ＨＦＤＲ 和ＨＦＤＵ 品种的规格》（英文版）的一致性程度为非等效。

Scope

This standard specifies the water- Requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glycol-based flame retardant hydraulic fluids. The products covered by this standard are suitable for hydraulic systems that require flame retardancy in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, mining and other industries. For example: hydraulic system of electric furnace in steelmaking plant, hydraulic system of high-speed wire rod machine, hydraulic system of coiling machine in hot continuous rolling mill, etc.
