《GB/T 21548-2008光通信用高速直接调制半导体激光器的测量方法》由339-2(工业和信息化部(通信))归口,主管部门为工业和信息化部(通信)。
本标准是根据我国光通信用调整数字直接强度调制半导体激光器及其组件的实际研制和使用情况而制定的。本标准规定了高速脉码光纤通信系统中采用非归零码直接强度调制半导体激光器及其组件的术语、定义、分类、主要技术参数测量方法。也规定了激光器在模拟系统中常用的几个参数的测量方法以及可靠性试验方法和产品检测方法。本标准中的附录C非等效采用了美国标准Telcordia GR-468-CORE中表6“激光组件的可靠性试验要求”,但作了部分修改,其修改如下:
――根据我国实际情况,删去了表6中热冲击和内部湿度试验项目;
――由于本标准主要是规定光通信用激光器及组件的测量方法,不涉及要求,因此删去了表6中抽样及失效判椐规定。
本标准还参考了:
YD/T 111.2-2001 SDH 光发送/光接收模块技术要求――2.488 320G Gb/s 光发射模块。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, classifications, Main technical parameter measurement method. In addition, considering the integrity of laser measurement methods and related test and inspection methods, as an appendix, the measurement methods of several commonly used parameters of lasers, reliability test methods and product inspection methods (or rules) are also specified. This standard applies to the photoelectric characteristic measurement of direct intensity modulation semiconductor lasers and their components used in SDH, WDM, Ethernet and other optical fiber communication systems for adjusting pulse codes; the photoelectric characteristic measurement or detection of lasers and their components in communication systems and other optical systems is also applicable. Can be used as a reference.
