《GB/T 21590-2008危险品 中型散装容器堆码试验方法》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了危险品中型散装容器堆码试验的设备、试样数量、试样准备、试验步骤及试验报告。本标准适用于对危险品中型散装容器堆码试验测定。 本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书 规章范本》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。
Scope
This standard specifies the equipment, sample quantity, sample preparation, test procedure and test report for the stacking test of IBCs for dangerous goods. This standard is applicable to the stacking test of IBCs for dangerous goods.
