本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了柔性危险品中型散装容器扯裂试验的设备、试样数量、试验步骤及试验报告。本标准适用于柔性危险品中型散装容器的扯裂试验。 本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书 规章范本》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。
Scope
This standard specifies the equipment, sample quantity, sample preparation, test procedure and test report for the tear test of IBCs for flexible dangerous goods. This standard is applicable to the tear test of IBCs for flexible dangerous goods.
