《GB/T 21615-2008危险品易燃液体闭杯闪点试验方法》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了危险品易燃液体闭杯闪点试验的试验仪器、试验步骤及试验报告。本标准适用于对危险品易燃液体进行闭杯闪点试验测定。本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书　规章范本》和联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书　试验和标准手册》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。

Scope

This standard specifies the test equipment, test procedures and test report for the closed-cup flash point test of dangerous goods and flammable liquids. This standard applies to the determination of the closed-cup flash point test of dangerous flammable liquids.
