《GB/T 21671-2008基于以太网技术的局域网系统验收测评规范》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC25（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会信息技术设备互连分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准从功能、传输媒体、设备、性能、网络管理功能、供电和环境等各个方面规定 了局域网系统验收测评的技术要求和测试方法，提出了综合验收的测试规则。本标准适用于基于以太网技术的恶局域网系统。
Scope
This standard stipulates the technical requirements and test methods for the acceptance evaluation of LAN systems in terms of functions, transmission media, equipment, performance, network management functions, power supply and environment, and proposes comprehensive acceptance test rules. This standard is mainly applicable to the acceptance test, evaluation test and related tests in daily maintenance of Ethernet-based LAN (hereinafter referred to as Ethernet) systems; in some cases, it can also be used in related tests in design and construction. Other types of LAN can refer to the implementation.
