《GB/T 21697-2008低压电力线路和电子设备系统的雷电过电压绝缘配合》由TC258（全国雷电防护标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了低压电力线路和电子设备系统的雷电冲击耐受电压及其各类保护装置的配合原则。本标准适用于交流额定电压不大于1000V，额定频率不高于30KHZ或直流额定电压不大于1500V的低压电力线路和电子设备系统。

Scope

This standard specifies the lightning impulse withstand voltage of low-voltage power lines and electronic equipment, lightning overvoltage protection devices (such as SPD) and overvoltage limiting measures, and proposes the principle of cooperation between them. This standard applies to low-voltage power lines and electronic equipment systems with AC rated voltage not greater than 1000V, rated frequency not higher than 3OkHz or DC rated voltage not greater than 1500V.
