《GB/T 21698-2008复合接地体技术条件》由TC258（全国雷电防护标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了复合接地体的技术条件、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装运输及贮存。本标准适用于电力、广播电视、邮电通讯、石油、化工、建筑、国防工程、气象和地震等用作接地保护的接地体。 本标准不适用于采用金属材料和降阻材料在现场施工形成的接地极。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of composite grounding bodies (hereinafter referred to as grounding bodies). This standard applies to grounding bodies used for grounding protection in electric power, radio and television, post and telecommunications, petroleum, chemical industry, construction, national defense engineering, meteorology and earthquakes. This standard does not apply to grounding electrodes formed on-site using metal materials and resistance-reducing materials.
