本标准规定了可食用的鸡蛋的一种或者多种组成的整蛋、蛋白、蛋黄和其他产品的生产、存储、包装和运输以及用于生产这些产品的厂房、设备和人员等操作指南。本标准适用于饲养的鸡产的蛋，也适用于其他饲养禽类的蛋。
Scope
This standard specifies the production, storage, packaging and transportation of one or more whole eggs, egg whites, egg yolks and other products of edible eggs, as well as the operation guidelines for plants, equipment and personnel used to produce these products. This standard is applicable to the eggs produced by reared chickens, as well as the eggs of other reared poultry.
