Typical grade S22253 (022Cr22Ni5Mo3N)
Requirements for this grade at 25℃:
- Tensile strength ≥620MPa
- Yield strength ≥450MPa
- Elongation ≥25%
- Hardness ≤290HBW
The pitting corrosion test must meet the 24-hour corrosion rate ≤10mg/(dm²·d) in 6%FeCl3 solution at 25±1℃
Engineering application suggestions
- When selecting, focus on the PREN value (pitting resistance equivalent), such as S25073 requires ≥41
- When transporting chlorine-containing media, it is recommended to add intergranular corrosion test (GB/T4334 E method)
- For high temperature conditions, refer to Appendix A data, such as S27603 at 250℃ Rp0.2 needs to be ≥400MPa
