《GB/T 21834-2008中低合金钢 多元素成分分布的测定 金属原位统计分布分析法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC5(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢铁及合金化学成份测定分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准是首次制定。本标准规定了用金属原位统计分布分析法测定碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、铬、镍、铜、钛、铌、钼、钒、铝等成分的分布。本标准适用于测定横截面包含长为30mm~120mm,宽为30mm~120mm 的长方形或正方形区域,高为10mm~50mm 的块状中低合金钢样品。一般分析面积最大不超过6400mm 2,分析长度最大不超过120mm。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the distribution of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, nickel, copper, titanium, niobium, molybdenum, vanadium, aluminum and other components by metal in-situ statistical distribution analysis method. This standard is applicable to the measurement of block medium and low alloy steel samples whose cross section includes a rectangular or square area with a length of 30 mm to 120 mm, a width of 30 mm to 120 mm, and a height of 10 mm to 50 mm. Generally, the maximum analysis area does not exceed 6400mm2, and the maximum analysis length does not exceed 120mm.
