Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, marks and quality certificates of manganese tetraoxide for soft ferrite. This standard applies to manganese tetraoxide for soft ferrite produced from electrolytic manganese metal or manganese ore. This product is mainly used in the manufacture of soft ferrite cores in the electronics industry.
