《GB/T 21839-2008预应力混凝土用钢材试验方法》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准是根据ＩＳＯ１５６３０?３：２００２重新起草。本标准规定了预应力混凝土用钢材的拉伸、弯曲、反复弯曲、扭转、缠绕、等温松弛、疲劳、应力腐蚀、偏斜拉伸、化学分析、几何尺寸测量和相对肋面积确定等试验方法。本标准适用于预应力钢丝、钢棒、钢绞线等产品相关性能的测定。 为了方便我国预应力行业生产厂和用户的使用，与对应国际标准相比本标准主要做了如下技术性修改：
―――增加了第８章　扭转试验；
―――增加了第９章　缠绕试验；
―――增加了附录Ａ《预应力混凝土用多丝钢绞线试验方法》。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for tensile, bending, repeated bending, torsion, winding, isothermal relaxation, fatigue, stress corrosion, deflection tension, chemical analysis, geometric dimension measurement and relative rib area determination of steel for prestressed concrete.
