《GB/T 21868.5-2008颜料和体质颜料 评定分散性用的分散方法 第5部分:用自动平磨机分散》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本部分规定了使用自动平磨机分散颜料和体质颜料的方法。
本方法适用于颜料质量控制中少量样品的比较。
本部分要与ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６７所述的评定方法结合起来使用，使用商定的无挥发性溶剂的高黏度漆基体系。 本部分应与ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６８．１―２００８一起阅读。
本方法仅限于高黏度的研磨料。其得出的结果不能与使用其他分散方法得到的分散结果进行比较。 下列文件中的条款通过ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６８的本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本部分，然而，鼓励根据本部分达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于本部分。

Scope

This standard specifies the method of dispersing pigments and extenders using automatic flat mills. This method is suitable for the comparison of a small number of samples in the quality control of pigments. This section is to be used in conjunction with the evaluation method described in GB/T 21867, using an agreed high-viscosity binder system without volatile solvents. This part should be read together with GB/T 21868.1-2008. This method is limited to high viscosity abrasives. The results obtained are not comparable to dispersion results obtained using other dispersion methods.
