本部分规定了高频感应炉燃烧红外吸收法测定镍、镍铁和镍合金中硫含量。本部分适用于镍、镍铁中硫含量0.001% ~0.3%(质量分数)和镍合金中硫含量0.001%~0.1%(质量分数)的测定。
Scope

This part of GB/T 21931 specifies the high-frequency induction furnace combustion infrared absorption method for the determination of sulfur content in nickel, nickel-iron and nickel alloys. This section applies to the determination of sulfur content of 0.001% to 0.3% (mass fraction) in nickel and ferronickel and 0.001% to 0.1% (mass fraction) of sulfur content in nickel alloys. See Appendix A for composition examples.
