《GB/T 21937-2008土方机械 履带式和轮胎式推土机的推土铲 容量标定》由TC334（全国土方机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标冷自实施之日起，JB/T 5962-1991《推土机 推土铲的容量标定》同时废止。
本标准等同采用ISO 9246：1988《土方机械 履带式和轮胎式推土机制推土铲 容量标定》（英文版）。 本标准规定了推土铲容量的计算方法，目的用于在推土机（按GB/T 8498的定义）的商业文件中，对推土铲容量提供统一的比较方法。本标准不用于预测实际工况下的推土机生产率或可能观测到的各种特定工况下的推土机生产率，在这些场合下确定推土机的生产率，需考虑其他的参数，如推土铲效率、推土机功率、牵引力、土壤特性、地形、操作者技术水平和工作循环等。
本标准适用于GB/T 8590定义的推土机上安装的各类推土铲，包括直推土铲、角推土铲、半U形和U形推土铲。

Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method of bulldozing blade capacity, with the purpose of providing a unified comparison method for bulldozer blade capacity in the commercial documents of bulldozers (defined in GB/T 8498). This standard is not used to predict the productivity of bulldozers under actual working conditions or the productivity of bulldozers under various specific working conditions that may be observed. To determine the productivity of bulldozers in these situations, other parameters need to be considered, such as bulldozer blade efficiency and bulldozer power , traction, soil properties, terrain, operator skill level and work cycle, etc. This standard is applicable to all kinds of bulldozing blades installed on the pusher defined in GB/T 8590, including straight dozer blades, angled dozer blades, semi-U-shaped dozer blades and U-shaped dozer blades. This standard does not consider the capacity contained in the curved part of the bulldozing blade (see Figure 1), and the calculation of the capacity assumes that the surface of the bulldozing blade is a vertical flat plate (see Figure 1).
