本标准的制定不仅可在全国范围内统一该类机床的精度要求和检验规范，为数控扇形齿轮插齿机成品精度检验与交付验收提供技术依据，而且可推动数控扇形齿轮插齿机产品的升级和技术进步，促进产品贸易与经济发展，有助于稳定提高该类产品的质量和增强产品的市场竞争力。本标准规定了数控扇形齿轮插齿机的几何精度和工作精度检验的要求及方法。
本标准适用于最大工件直径至200mm 的数控扇形齿轮插齿机。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements and methods for the inspection of geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC sector gear shaping machines (hereinafter referred to as "machine tools"). This standard applies to CNC sector gear shaping machines with a maximum workpiece diameter up to 200 mm.
