《GB/T 21985-2008主要农作物高温危害温度指标》由TC539（全国农业气象标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国气象局。
随着全球气候变化，我国的极端天气气候事件在增加，农作物生长受高温危害日趋加重。为了对农作物因受高温危害而做的灾害监测、预警、评估和灾后采取的防灾减灾措施，本标准统一和规范主要农作物因受高温危害的温度指标。本标准规定了水稻、冬小麦、玉米、棉花、油菜受高温危害的温度指标。
本标准适用于农业气象灾害监测、预警、评估，农业生产、科研和其他相关领域。

Scope

This standard specifies the temperature indicators for rice, winter wheat, corn, cotton, and rapeseed that are exposed to high temperature hazards. This standard applies to agricultural meteorological disaster detection, early warning, assessment, agricultural production, scientific research and other related fields.
