《GB/T 21991-2008塑料 试验用聚氯乙烯（PVC）糊的制备 行星混合器法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC7（全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氯乙烯树脂产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准于１９９２年首次发布。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５―１９９２《聚氯乙烯增塑糊刮板细度的测定》。本标准规定了将适宜的PVC树脂、增塑剂和其他组分经行星混合过程制备成糊（也称塑溶胶）的两种方法，即方法A和方法B。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５―１９９２的主要技术性差异如下：
―――修改了标准名称；
―――增加了“术语和定义”一章（本版第３章）；
―――删除了刮板细度计的具体规定（１９９２年版的３．１和３．２）。

Scope

This standard specifies two methods for preparing paste (also called plastisol) from suitable PVC resins, plasticizers and other components through a planetary mixing process, namely method A and method B. Both Method A and Method B can be used to prepare pastes of any composition. Method A (single speed) is especially suitable for resins that tend to accumulate heat during paste making, while method B (two speeds) is more suitable for repeated operations, such as process control of resin production, due to its short mixing time. This paste can be used for a variety of testing purposes, including resin nomenclature and determination of resin rheology in specifications.
