本标准规定了国窖1573白酒地理标志产品的保护范围、术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的国窖1573白酒。 本标准根据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的２００５第７８号令《地理标志产品保护规定》及ＧＢ１７９２４《原产地域产品通用要求》的要求并参照ＧＢ／Ｔ１０７８１．１《浓香型白酒》而制定。
Scope
This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of Guojiao 1573 liquor geographical indication products. This standard is applicable to Guojiao 1573 liquor approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
