本标准规定了洋河大曲酒地理标志产品的保护范围、术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的地理标志产品洋河大曲酒。本标准根据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的２００５第７８号令《地理标志产品保护规定》及ＧＢ１７９２４《原产地域产品通用要求》的要求制定。
Scope
This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of Yanghe Daqu Liquor geographical indication products. This standard applies to the production, processing and quality management of Yanghe Daqu Liquor, a geographical indication product approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
