《GB/T 22048-2015玩具及儿童用品中特定邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂的测定》由TC253（全国玩具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了玩具及儿童用品中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)共6种邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂(见附录 A)的测定方法。
本标准适用于含有塑料、纺织品、涂层材料的玩具及儿童用品,适用于 GB6675.1―2014《玩具安全第1部分:基本规范》5.3.7条款。本标准已对聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)和部分典型油漆涂层进行验证,参见附录 B。其他玩具及儿童用品材料经过验证后可参照本标准进行测定。
其他邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂的检测经过验证后可参照本标准进行。

1 Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of six phthalate esters including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP), and di-iso-decyl phthalate (DIDP) (see Annex A) in toys and children’s products.

This standard is applicable to toys and children’s products which are made of plastics, textiles, and coatings, etc. and comply with 5.3.7 of GB 6675.1-2014 Toys Safety - Part 1: Basic Code. It has been validated for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polyurethane (PU), and some typical paint coatings (see Annex B). It might also be applicable to other toys and children's products materials provided that validation is demonstrated.

After verification, the determination of other phthalate esters may be carried out by reference to this standard.
