Scope
This standard specifies the scope of inflatable toys, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, defect classification and qualification judgment principles. This standard applies to inflatable toys intended for children under the age of 14, including balloons for children’s play, inflatable sports imitation toys (such as various types of balls), inflatable modeling toys, inflatable load-bearing toys (such as inflatable toy furniture), etc. This standard does not apply to inflatable water toys, outdoor inflatable amusement facilities and balloons scheduled to be used for festival celebrations, advertising and scientific investigations.
