《GB/T 22075-2008高压直流换流站可听噪声》由TC60(全国电力电子系统和设备标准化技术委员会)归口,TC60SC2(全国电力电子系统和设备标准化技术委员会输配电系统电力电子技术分会)执行,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准为首次发布。
本标准制定过程中参考了IEC的工作文件22F/83/NP《High voltage direct current(HVDC)sub-station audible noise》。
本标准用于指导编写高压直流换流站可听噪声功能规范书、评估承包商提议的设计方案以及监测工程建成后的可听噪声,对高压直流换流站可听噪声进行综合评定,使其可听噪声级满足相关法律、法规和标准的要求。
本标准与22F/83/NP的主要差异:
――按GB/T 1.1-2000的规定,对标准的语言表述和格式作了修改;
――原第1、第2、第3章内容被综合编辑,并分别纳入引言、第1章范围和正文的其他相关部分。因此,本标准的章条号并不与IEC 22F/83/NP文件一一对应;
――根据需要,原文各章之后的参考文献部分编入规范性引用文件中,没有全部引用。
――对部分术语进行了修改,采用了我国现行声学标准名词术语的相关内容,并根据需要增加术语“计权”;
――对原文中部分章节间雷同的内容不再重复,采取“见××”的方式表述;
――因为我国电力系统工频为50Hz,所以删除原文中与工频60Hz相关的描述;
――3.8中增加了“声功率不能直接测量,可以通过对声强的计算得到”;
――删除了原6.1中第1段内容;
――原6.1.1标题改为“5.2噪声级限值表示方法”;
――原6.1.2标题改为“5.3噪声测量”;
――为了便于理解,在原10.2.1(现条号9.3.1)中增加四级条标题;
――对原文中的“箱式油浸电抗器”、“铁芯油浸式电抗器”,统一改为“油浸式电抗器”。


Scope

This standard is used to guide the preparation of the audible noise function specifications of HVDC converter stations, evaluate the design scheme proposed by the contractor and monitor the audible noise after the completion of the project, and comprehensively evaluate the audible noise of HVDC stations to make them audible. The noise level meets the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
