Introduction
Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution
As the core standard in the field of agricultural machinery maintenance in my country, this specification was first issued in 2008. As agricultural machinery equipment develops towards technologies such as intelligence and high-pressure common rail, the original standard can no longer meet the maintenance needs of modern agricultural machinery. This revision mainly reflects three major technological evolutions:
| Technical Field | 2008 Edition | 2025 Edition |
|---|---|---|
| Power System | Only stipulates basic repair requirements | Adds maintenance specifications for modern engines such as turbocharger and high pressure common rail |
| Transmission System | Simple Component Requirements | Refines technical indicators for 7 types of precision components such as torque converter and hydraulic motor |
| Safety Management | No system requirements | Establish 12 safety operating procedures such as ECU power off and welding protection before maintenance |
Core repair technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
For the first time, the electronic control unit (ECU) maintenance specification is proposed: the power must be turned off and the plug must be unplugged before electric welding can be carried out. The key process requirements include:
- Bearing disassembly and assembly force application point specifications (inner ring/outer ring force distinction)
- Friction material oil pollution control (special treatment for dry brakes)
- Fastener torque value is mandatory to comply with the requirements of the manual
5.2 Engine repair
Citing NY/T 2197 standard and adding:
- Turbocharger axial play detection (≤0.15mm)
- High-pressure common rail system shutdown pressure relief regulations
- After-treatment device cooling inspection requirements (temperature <50℃)
5.4 Transmission system
Added 7 types of component technical specifications, taking torque converter as an example:
| Indicator items | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Impeller defects | Surface damage≤0.5mm² |
| Axial clearance | 0.08-0.15mm |
| Overrunning clutch | Reverse locking torque≥design value120% |
Implementation suggestions
Maintenance point construction
According to NY/T 1138.1/2 specification requirements:
- Comprehensive maintenance point: Need to be equipped with dynamic balancing instrument, hydraulic test bench, etc.
- Special maintenance point: at least 3 certified technicians
Key points of quality control
- Establish a parts replacement traceability system (5.4.3.2 group replacement requirements)
- Mandatory inspection of key dimensions (such as pulley center distance tolerance ≤0.2%)
- Add a new running-in test process (no-load + load dual-stage)
