本GB/T22137.2所规定的设计评审和测试,是为了测量和确定单作用或双作用智能阀门定位器的静态和动态性能、智能化程度和通信能力。这些测试可用于接收标准模拟量电路输入信号的定位器(在
GB/T3369.1和GB/T3369.2中被规定)和(或)经由通过数据通信链路传输数字信号并有气动输出的定位器。在第3章中定义的智能阀门定位器是一种通过数据处理、决策生成和双向通信数字技术来实现其功能的仪表,可以配备附加的传感器和附加的功能来补充其主要功能。
智能阀门定位器的性能测试需要先将定位器安装好并与一个或多个执行机构/阀门组件连接,所构成的组合体中,一些特定的特征参数需要仔细选择和报告,如:尺寸、行程、摩擦力(回差)、填充类型、弹簧组件和气动部分的气源压力。需要注意,组合体中的定位器性能与执行机构有关,尤其是在确定定位器运行范围(动态响应和稳定性)时,需要在不同尺寸的执行机构上进行测试。

当不要求按本部分进行全面测试或不可能实现全面测试时,应完成必要的测试,并按本部分的相关部分报告结果,在这种情况下,测试报告中应陈述哪些本部分所规定的测试项目没有被包括,另外,被省略的各项也应该提到,以给报告的阅读者一个清晰的范围。
本部分也适用于带微处理器但不能进行双向通信的非智能阀门定位器,在这种情况下,评定应简化成限定的性能试验程序和简略的结构评审。
Scope
The design review and testing specified in GB/T 22137.2 is to measure and determine the static and dynamic performance, intelligence degree and communication capability of single-acting or double-acting intelligent valve positioners. These tests can be used for positioners that receive standard analog circuit input signals (specified in GB/T 3369.1 and GB/T 3369.2) and/or positioners that transmit digital signals via a data communication link and have a pneumatic output. A smart valve positioner, as defined in Chapter 3, is an instrument that realizes its function through digital techniques of data processing, decision generation, and two-way communication, and can be equipped with additional sensors and additional functions to complement its main function. The performance test of the intelligent valve positioner needs to install the positioner and connect it with one or more actuators/valve components. In the formed combination, some specific characteristic parameters need to be carefully selected and reported, such as: size, stroke , friction (hysteresis), filling type, spring assembly and air supply pressure of the pneumatic part. It should be noted that the performance of the positioner in the combination is related to the actuator, especially when determining the operating range (dynamic response and stability) of the positioner, it needs to be tested on actuators of different sizes. The evaluation methods provided in this section are intended for manufacturers to determine the performance of their products, and for users or testing laboratories to verify equipment performance. It is recommended that manufacturers of smart locators use this section in the early development stages. In order to provide guidance for the evaluation of the design of intelligent valve positioners, this part provides: - a checklist for reviewing the hardware and software design of intelligent valve positioners according to a structured method; - measurement and qualification of intelligent valve positioners under different environmental and operating conditions The test method of device performance; - The method of obtaining data for the report. This section also applies to non-intelligent valve positioners with microprocessors but not capable of bidirectional communication. In this case, the assessment should be reduced to a limited performance test procedure and a brief structural review.
