Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the relative timing of the sound and image of the total link from the TV program collection source to the receiving end, and the relative timing technical requirements for some sub-links. This standard applies to the R&D, production, operation and maintenance of related systems and equipment in TV program editing, production, broadcasting, transmission and distribution, reception, monitoring and other links.
