本标准旨在对GLP原则在法规要求注册登记为目的的体外研究中的使用和指南提供指导。本标准按照GLP原则不同部分的次序组织，以便于参考和使用。本标准是GLP原则在非临床安全试验体外研究中的应用。这些非临床安全试验样品包含：医药、农药、化妆品、兽药以及食品添加剂、饲料添加剂和工业化学品。试验样品通常是合成化学品，不过也有天然或生物来源的物质，有时也可能是活体生物。实施这些试验的目的在于获得试验物质的特性和（或）人类健康和环境的安全数据。

Scope

This standard is the application of GLP principles in in vitro studies of nonclinical safety tests. These nonclinical safety test samples include: pharmaceuticals, pesticides, cosmetics, veterinary drugs, food additives, feed additives and industrial chemicals. Test samples are usually synthetic chemicals, but there are also substances of natural or biological origin, and sometimes living organisms.
